FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

According to Decision No. 311/QD-VKHTLVN dated May 27, 2026, of the Director-General of the Viet Nam Academy for Water Resources (VAWR) stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Finance and Accounting Department under the VAWR, the Department performs advisory and coordinating functions to assist the Director-General of the Academy in the following areas:

- Investment, finance, asset management, and accounting within the Academy’s mandate in accordance with the law and the Ministry’s delegation of authority;

- Carry out the responsibilities of the higher-level budgeting unit with respect to the budgeting units under the Academy.
