RESEARCH SCOPE

Scientific research, technology transfer in the field of hydraulic construction, hydropower construction and rural infrastructure in the country.

FEATURED SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS

Pilar-supported dam and floating dam Technology: the highest award for Science and Technology, Ho Chi Minh Award for outstanding contributions, applied in many constructions such as Thao Long dam – Hue city, Do Diem - Ha Tinh (2004-2009) and a series of works to control salinity, Ca Mau peninsula and KienGiang;

High pressure jet drilling technology Jet-grouting, applied to treat the Dam Nai dam foundation,  Son La hydropower dike, Na Zanh earth dam - Cao Bang,  HaoHao dam- Thanh Hoa, v, v …;

Water supply technology for midland and mountainous by water storage system with underground damtype;

Sluice gate completely made of composite materials has been applied to benefit the state hundreds of billions of VND, create stable jobs for the team, and generate large revenue for the Institute.
