FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

According to Decision No. 60/QD-VKHTLVN dated January 28, 2026, of the Director-General of the Viet Nam Academy for Water Resources (VAWR) stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Organizing and Administrative Department under the VAWR, the Department performs advisory functions to assist the Director-General of the Academy in the following areas:

- Organizational structure and staffing;

- Public employees, officials, and workers;

- Training and professional development;

- Regulations, policies, labor, and salaries;

- Incentives, rewards, and punishments;

- Administrative reform;

- Internal political security;

- Investment and construction management;

- Administrative management within the Academy’s mandate in accordance with the law and the Ministry’s delegation of authority.
